Richard Lowden leads our strategic direction and business operations. Richard brings to RTBiQ over 15 years’ experience driving exceptional performance and record-breaking revenue in world-leading media and advertising organizations, including The Weather Company, Weather Underground and Winstar Interactive. As a founder of the MMA Programmatic committee, Richard continues to demonstrate his leadership in this rapidly developing sector.
Natha Hayre | Co-Founder, CTO
Natha R. Hayre leads our technical innovation and data science efforts. Natha has a deep background building high-performance computational systems and finding trends in large volumes of disparate data, and he has put that experience to use honing RTBiQ’s analytical software. He earned his B.S. in Physics from San Jose State University, and his Ph.D. from the University of California, Davis, with a focus in theoretical biological physics.
TECHNICAL PRODUCT MANAGER
Sam coordinates the technical and non-technical efforts that go into expanding RTBiQ’s capabilities. His work includes development of the RTBiQ application and heading up integrations with advertisers, exchanges, and data partners. He prioritizes an intuitive and gratifying experience for users and is a champion for demystifying technology without dumbing it down. Sam graduated from Vassar College with a B.A. in the interdisciplinary field of Science, Technology, and Society.

Cathy came to RTBiQ in April 2018 after a couple of energetic decades in TV and digital ad sales. Working at TV stations in big cities on both coasts, she learned the value of having a solid product that could help advertisers reach the audiences they sought. Always craving new lessons and challenges, it was inevitable that she’d be part of the data-rich environment that the digital advertising wave offered.
Born in Queens, NY and raised in Silicon Valley, the child of a dad who was always starting a cutting-edge tech/toy company, Cathy is a self-proclaimed addict to startups and helping the underdog. When she’s not traveling for work or hanging out with her adult sons, you can find Cathy hiking the San Diego trails along the Pacific with her frisky pup, Ellie.

Janet joined the Client Success team at the beginning of 2017 and brings over 15 years of broadcast and digital advertising experience to the RTBiQ team. Her in-depth understanding of full lifecycle advertising campaigns helps clients achieve not only their campaign objectives, but business objectives as well. Her penchant for managing complex campaigns while maintaining client satisfaction makes her a staple of our client success team.
A California native, Janet graduated from U.C. Berkeley with a degree in Mass Communications/Advertising, and enjoys trying new recipes, long road trips and fostering animals in her spare time.
CHIEF OF STAFF
As the Chief of Staff at RTBiQ, Steph Nelson-Morss empowers our team to provide first class service to our clients. Naturally curious and highly organized, Steph has a professional background in business operations and program development. Her studies focused on politics, psychology, and art, and she finds the digital advertising world incredibly interesting and relevant.
Steph lives in San Francisco with her husband, where she actively manages their cats’ social media accounts. Having grown up in Connecticut and graduating from Columbia University in the City of New York, she appreciates being able to drive to seasons and travels often.
ADAM BESHIR | SOFTWARE ENGINEER
Adam supports our development team, addressing efficiency and productivity of RTBiQ’s tools. Through the automation of key processes, Adam reduces time spent on repetitive tasks in favor for time spent on innovation to deliver a better product.
Adam studied Computer Engineering at Missouri University of Science & Technology, and studied Full Stack Web Development at Learners Guild.
GINNY BLANKENFELD | DIRECTOR OF PARTNERSHIPS
Ginny joined RTBiQ in 2018 as a salesperson with extensive digital media knowledge. With six years on the buy side under her belt, Ginny knows what it takes to build highly strategic plans for all types of clients. Her favorite aspects of the job include meeting like-minded people and continuous learning, as well as testing new innovations and campaign performance analysis.
Ginny received her bachelor’s in journalism from Auburn University and continues to have a passion for writing. She’s lived all over the country including NYC and PDX, but now calls California home, where she lives in Sacramento with her wife and their corgi.
JARVIS BURSTON | ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Jarvis was raised in the Sierra Nevada foothills of California, and has spent the last several years contributing to the growth of technology moguls such as VMware and Salesforce, as well as several startups. His passion for the industry and true consideration for client success continues to keep our clients assured they’re in the right hands.
On the weekends, Jarvis enjoys fixing classic cars and logging his goal of 100k miles on his road bike. An alumni of UC Davis, Jarvis studied Psychology and Communications.
JAMES CONTINO | DIGITAL & SOCIAL STRATEGIST
James is a Southern California native, and spent several years working in all aspects of digital marketing from Social Media to PPC to SEO. He is a self-taught marketer with affection for data analysis and optimizing campaigns.
James went to San Jose State and majored in Political Science & Political Participation. His passion for politics led him to work for various elected officials and elections on the local and state level. With a focus on mass communications, messaging and strategy he took his experience in politics and expanded it to B2B and B2C marketing.
EMILY COTTON | SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Emily is an energetic sales leader who is passionate about client success. Throughout 15 years at Katz Radio (a iHeartMedia company) and Metro Traffic, she helped national advertisers and major agencies achieve their marketing objectives while establishing lasting partnerships built on trust.
A passionate wine enthusiast, she leverages her entrepreneurial spirit helping boutique wine brands grow their businesses. She is an avid foodie who enjoys traveling, live music, and, of course, good wine. A Jersey girl at heart, she resides with her husband and son in Rumson, New Jersey.
MELISSA CRAIG | CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER
Melissa loves life and her positive energy is contagious to both her clients and the whole RTBiQ team. With a knowledgable background in media buying, she knows that we are all in this together to ensure that our clients get the best out of their campaigns and have fun while doing it!
In Melissa’s free time, she enjoys being active with her husband and two sons; hiking, biking, working out at the Ninja Warrior gym, playing sports, surfing, or just hanging out at home. She is an avid movie quote-r, particularly anything with Will Ferrel, as well as the team’s designated “Snack Queen.”
JORDAN DEANGELO | CLIENT SUCCESS COORDINATOR
Jordan started as an intern for RTBiQ in early 2018 and officially joined the team in 2019. As a Client Success Coordinator, Jordan assists our Client Success team in implementing and optimizing digital ad campaigns through our proprietary DSP. While relatively new to the digital marketing scene, Jordan is always eager to learn more about the evolving field.
Jordan was raised in San Francisco and currently resides in the Richmond district. In his free time, he likes to follow the latest sneaker trends and try out new burger places in the city. Jordan is a graduate of Oberlin College with a degree in History.
RIAH GOUVEA | CONTENT PRODUCER
Riah was raised in the foothills of Northern California, and grew up in San Francisco. She attended San Francisco State University, majoring in Creative Writing, with an emphasis in Poetry. Surprisingly, studying poetry translates remarkably well to writing succinct and rich marketing copy. In addition to writing, she dabbles in video and design.
When she's not writing, she likes to move, which can take the form of impromptu dance parties, bike commutes, yoga, strength training, and improv.
MEGAN GUNTHER | MARKETING & PARTNERSHIPS COORDINATOR
Megan officially joined RTBiQ in 2019 after working for the team as a digital marketing intern. Now in her role as Marketing and Partnerships Coordinator, she cultivates strong relationships, both internally across teams and externally with partners, clients, and prospects. Her creative writing skills and data-driven thinking merge in this hybrid role.
A Massachusetts native, Megan graduated from Boston University with a B.S. in Communications.

Trysha is a long time resident of Southern California who found her passion in the world of digital marketing. She has spent the last few years working with startups to enhance their marketing efforts and grow their online presence. She specializes in harnessing the power of social media to boost customer engagement in innovative ways and finding strategic methods to optimize campaigns.
A graduate of California State University, San Marcos, Trysha studied Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. She is a yoga enthusiast who spends most of her free time in the ocean or with her dog.
AKIKO IWAMIZU | DATA SCIENTIST
Akiko joined the team at RTBiQ in 2018 and brings her passion for applied mathematics to all areas of her work! She graduated a year early from Columbia University in NYC with a B.A. in Mathematics, Computer Science, and Statistics to join a tech company in Silicon Valley as a Data Scientist. She brings her technological expertise and understanding to all social media and marketing initiatives to provide data-driven business insights. In addition to her quantitative skills, Akiko enjoys designing infographics and presenting her results in a creative and compelling way. She is able to translate a complicated language of data into something that is understandable for all levels and used to inform business decisions.
In her free time, Akiko loves traveling with friends, playing video games, and spending time with her three cats.
CHRISTIAN KROPFF | ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Christian joined RTBiQ in 2019 and brings a wealth of political experience to the team. Christian was born and raised on a farm, moved to Long Beach for college, and spent the next 7 years building a career in political campaigning and public service. He campaigned for many elected officials and ballot initiatives including Mayor Robert Garcia, Congress member Linda Sanchez, Supervisor Janice Hahn, Long Beach Measure MM, and many more. He served as Chief of Staff to Council member Jeannine Pearce before moving to San Francisco to be closer to family.
CHRISTINA UPTON | CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER
Christina has been in the marketing world for the last 15 years, predominantly working in the radio and audio space. As the Client Services Director at her former company, she has worked on some of the world's leading brands. Christina believes the digital space is fascinating and ever-changing making it an exciting place to serve clients.
She lives in Connecticut with her husband Chris, 11-year old daughter Katie and dog Storm.
