Richard Lowden | Co-Founder, CEO
Richard Lowden leads our strategic direction and business operations. Richard brings to RTBiQ over 15 years’ experience driving exceptional performance and record-breaking revenue in world-leading media and advertising organizations, including The Weather Company, Weather Underground and Winstar Interactive. As a founder of the MMA Programmatic committee, Richard continues to demonstrate his leadership in this rapidly developing sector.
Natha Hayre | Co-Founder, CTO
Natha R. Hayre leads our technical innovation and data science efforts. Natha has a deep background building high-performance computational systems and finding trends in large volumes of disparate data, and he has put that experience to use honing RTBiQ’s analytical software. He earned his B.S. in Physics from San Jose State University, and his Ph.D. from the University of California, Davis, with a focus in theoretical biological physics.
Bryan Thurston | Senior Platform Manager
Bryan oversees the RTBiQ platform for both self-service partners, as well as data and supply partnerships. Thanks to his tenure as RTBiQ’s first Client Services Manager, his depth of platform knowledge and RTB protocol is an invaluable resource to help our client partners grow. He joins us from digital entities such as Oötem Advertising, Volume11 Media, eStorm International, and Tapsense.
When not in front of a computer, he enjoys spending time at the beach with his American Bulldog, painting, sewing and traveling.
Sam Brucker | Technical Product Manager
Sam coordinates the technical and non-technical efforts that go into expanding RTBiQ’s capabilities. His work includes development of the RTBiQ application and heading up integrations with advertisers, exchanges, and data partners. He prioritizes an intuitive and gratifying experience for users and is a champion for demystifying technology without dumbing it down. Sam graduated from Vassar College with a B.A. in the interdisciplinary field of Science, Technology, and Society.
Maura Enright | Regional Sales Manager
Maura has over 15 years of experience guiding clients through their first time buying radio, television and digital campaigns at iHeart, Comcast, Hearst and now RTBiQ. Her agency experience enhances her “client first” mentality and understanding of the needs of larger brands like GEICO, USAA and Hershey. She continually strives for each campaign’s maximum potential. Her goal is to provide information and tools to her clients while achieving their desired results.
A proud mother of her 2 children, Aidan and Keira, she enjoys traveling and coming home to Connecticut.
Janet Kim | Client Services Manager
Janet joined the client services team at the beginning of 2017 and brings over 15 years of broadcast and digital advertising experience to the RTBiQ team. Her in-depth understanding of full lifecycle advertising campaigns helps clients achieve not only their campaign objectives, but business objectives as well. Her penchant for managing complex campaigns while maintaining client satisfaction makes her a staple of our Client Services team.
A California native, Janet graduated from U.C. Berkeley with a degree in Mass Communications/Advertising, and enjoys trying new recipes, long road trips and fostering animals in her spare time.
Jarvis Burston | Business Development Manager
Jarvis was raised in the Sierra Nevada foothills of California, and has spent the last several years contributing to the growth of technology moguls such as VMware and Salesforce, as well as several startups. His passion for the industry and true consideration for client success continues to keep our clients assured they’re in the right hands.
On the weekends, Jarvis enjoys fixing classic cars and logging his goal of 100k miles on his road bike. An alumni of UC Davis, Jarvis studied Psychology and Communications.
Adam Beshir | Software Engineer
Adam Beshir supports our development team, addressing efficiency and productivity of RTBiQ’s tools. Through the automation of key processes, Adam reduces time spent on repetitive tasks in favor for time spent on innovation to deliver a better product.
Adam studied Computer Engineering at Missouri University of Science & Technology, and studied Full Stack Web Development at Learners Guild.
Emily Cotton | Senior Account Executive
Emily is an energetic sales leader who is passionate about client success. Throughout 15 years at Katz Radio (a iHeartMedia company) and Metro Traffic, she helped national advertisers and major agencies achieve their marketing objectives while establishing lasting partnerships built on trust.
A passionate wine enthusiast, she leverages her entrepreneurial spirit helping boutique wine brands grow their businesses. She is an avid foodie who enjoys traveling, live music, and, of course, good wine. A Jersey girl at heart, she resides with her husband and son in Rumson, New Jersey.
James Contino | Client Services Manager
James is a Southern California native, and spent several years working in all aspects of digital marketing from Social Media to PPC to SEO. He is a self-taught marketer with affection for data analysis and optimizing campaigns.
James went to San Jose State and majored in Political Science & Political Participation. His passion for politics led him to work for various elected officials and elections on the local and state level. With a focus on mass communications, messaging and strategy he took his experience in politics and expanded it to B2B and B2C marketing.
Sharon LaGaipa | Strategic Account Executive
Sharon has enjoyed an impressive career in marketing and advertising – with Marketing Corporation of America (MCA), Townvibe, and Hearst where her consultative sales approach and enthusiasm have contributed to hundreds of businesses achieving success. Her experience ranges from small local level to major Fortune 500 companies like American Express, BP and Hertz. Sharon’s standards for superior customer service support RTBiQ’s mission in building long-term, valuable partnerships with clients.
Sharon lives in Connecticut with her husband and two sons, and is active in the high school athletic club, leading fundraising and traditions to build the soccer and lacrosse programs.
